30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@litepack.cn with your order number and a description of the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at returns@litepack.cn within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they are damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or send a replacement item, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at returns@litepack.cn within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they are in new condition, we will ship the new item(s) to you at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable, including gift cards and customized or personalized products. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
